A person can't write all the time. Enjoying stones is a great pastime, too.
Anyone who has walked the sandy shores of Lake Michigan knows that along with the day's tide comes an ever-changing abundance of rocks and minerals in all colors, shapes and sizes. Stoned was conceived as a way to bring Lake Michigan home as art using hand-selected stones, sealed to protect their natural beauty. Call it a hobby or an obsession if you must, but I could spend a lifetime finding beautiful combinations of stones. I can't wait to get back to Newcome Beach for my next bucketful of treasure.
